Introduction:

WMC Training is committed to safeguarding all young people and vulnerable adults who take part in training facilitated within our training centres or externally by our assessors. We believe that all young people and vulnerable adults have a right to protection from abuse regardless of their age, race, religion, ability, gender, language or sexual identity. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure our commitment to safeguarding is met and all suspicions and allegations of abuse will be taken seriously and responded to quickly and appropriately.
